RSWM Ltd has scheduled a Board meeting on May 6, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider the formulation, adoption, and implementation of the “RSWM Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2026” for eligible employees, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
