Samvardhana Motherson: Final Dividend ₹0.25, Record Date July 14, 2026

Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd's board approved the audited financial results for FY26 and recommended a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for July 30, 2026. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is July 14, 2026. This final dividend is in addition to an interim dividend of ₹0.35, bringing the total dividend for FY26 to ₹0.60 per share, compared to ₹0.57 in FY25.
