Sanofi India appoints Rahul Bhatnagar as Board Chairman

Sanofi India Limited (SIL) has appointed Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar as the Chairman of its Board of Directors, effective April 30, 2026. Mr. Bhatnagar, who joined SIL's Board in 2020, has actively contributed to multiple committees including Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Risk Management. He brings extensive expertise in finance, strategy, and governance from leadership positions at global and Indian organizations like Nestlé, PepsiCo, and the Bharti Group. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of Whirlpool India Limited, Rossell India Limited, TBO TEK Limited & Tasty Bite Eatables Limited. Mr. Bhatnagar succeeds Mr. Aditya Narayan, who completed a decade-long tenure. The Board also acknowledged the conclusion of Mrs. Usha Thorat's tenure.
