Leading Leasing Sells 0.40% Stake in Aqylon Nexus

Leading Leasing Finance & Investment Company Ltd has disclosed the sale of 10,10,001 equity shares, representing 0.40% of the total share capital, in Aqylon Nexus Limited (formerly Sri Adhikari Brothers Television). The transaction was conducted via the open market. Following the sale, Leading Leasing's holding in Aqylon Nexus has reduced from 11.96% to 11.56%. The total diluted share capital of Aqylon Nexus remains 25,37,30,560 equity shares.
