Leading Leasing Sells 0.91% Stake in Aqylon Nexus

Leading Leasing Finance & Investment Company Limited has disclosed the sale of 23,13,000 equity shares, representing 0.91% of the total share capital, in Aqylon Nexus Limited (formerly Sri Adhikari Brothers Television). The transaction was conducted via the open market. Following the sale, Leading Leasing's shareholding in Aqylon Nexus has reduced from 12.87% to 11.96%. The total equity share capital of Aqylon Nexus remains at 25,37,30,560 shares of Rs. 1/- each.
