Sumeet Industries Approves Rights Issue of ₹199.75 Cr

Sumeet Industries Ltd announced the approval of a Rights Issue during its Board meeting held on June 8, 2026. The issue will offer 16,84,24,218 fully paid-up equity shares at a price of ₹11.86 per share, aggregating to ₹199.75 crore. Eligible shareholders will receive 8 rights equity shares for every 25 equity shares held as of the record date, June 12, 2026. The issue opens on June 22, 2026, and closes on July 20, 2026. Arrangements have been made with NSDL and CDSL for crediting rights entitlements.
