Sumeet Industries Approves Rights Issue of ₹199.75 Cr

Sumeet Industries Ltd's Board of Directors has approved a Rights Issue of 16,84,24,218 fully paid-up equity shares, aggregating to ₹199.75 crore. The issue price is set at ₹11.86 per share. Eligible shareholders will receive 8 rights equity shares for every 25 equity shares held as of the record date, June 12, 2026. The issue will open on June 22, 2026, and close on July 20, 2026. Arrangements have been made with NSDL and CDSL for crediting rights entitlements in dematerialized form.
