Syschem India Appoints Ranjan Jain as Whole-Time Director, Suninder Singh as MD

Syschem India Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting. Mr. Ranjan Jain has been appointed and re-designated as Whole-Time Director, and Mr. Suninder Veer Singh as Managing Director, both for a five-year term effective June 3, 2026. Both directors will receive a monthly remuneration of up to ₹7,00,000, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved the notice for a postal ballot to seek shareholder consent for these appointments and remuneration, with the e-voting process scheduled from June 13 to July 12, 2026, and results to be declared on July 14, 2026. Mr. Kanwaljit Singh Thanewal has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the postal ballot.
