Syschem India Settles NCLT Case with Lotus Builders for ₹1.25 Cr

Syschem (India) Limited has entered into a Settlement Agreement with M/S Lotus Builders to resolve a case filed before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The settlement, dated June 4, 2026, involves a payment of ₹1,25,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Twenty-Five Lakhs Only) as full and final settlement of all disputes, claims, and counterclaims. Following this agreement, both parties will take necessary steps to withdraw or dispose of the proceedings pending before the NCLT, Chandigarh bench. The company stated that this settlement will have no material adverse impact on its financials, operations, or other activities, except for the financial implications arising from the settlement amount.
