TTML: Harjit Singh Re-appointed MD for 3 Years

The Board of Directors of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd (TTML) has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Harjit Singh as Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective from April 24, 2026, to April 23, 2029. This decision follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Singh also serves as the Managing Director of the holding company, Tata Teleservices Limited, and will not receive any remuneration from TTML. He holds 3,400 shares in the company.
