UltraTech Cement Appoints Rohit Agarwal as Head – Internal Audit

UltraTech Cement Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Rohit Agarwal as the Head – Internal Audit, effective from May 25, 2026. This decision was based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee and reviewed by the Audit Committee. Mr. Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant with approximately 21 years of post-qualification experience. His extensive background covers finance, internal audit, risk management, forensics, ethics, and governance functions across diverse sectors including mining, metals, power, and manufacturing.
