Valencia Nutrition Re-appoints SPDS & Associates as Internal Auditor for 3 Years

Valencia Nutrition Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 28, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s. SPDS & Associates LLP as the Internal Auditor for a three-year tenure, effective from the conclusion of FY 2025-26 until the end of FY 2028-29. The Board also approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the half-year and financial year ended March 31, 2026, confirming an unmodified audit opinion from Statutory Auditor M/s. H A Y & Associates LLP. Additionally, the Board addressed a notice of non-compliance, confirming rectifications and payment of penalties, and directed management to strengthen internal compliance mechanisms.
