Vishal Mega Mart Re-appoints Ernst & Young as Internal Auditors

Vishal Mega Mart Ltd. has re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP as its Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The decision, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, was approved during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 14, 2026. The board also considered and approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, which were reviewed by Statutory Auditors M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP.
