Welspun Corp Completes Intra-Group Transfer of Welspun Pipes KSA

Welspun Corp Ltd announced the successful completion of an intra-group transaction involving the transfer of 100% equity stake of Welspun Pipes Company, KSA (WPC) from Welspun Mauritius Holdings Limited (WMHL) to Welspun Global Holdings Limited (WGHL). Both WMHL and WGHL are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Welspun Corp. The company stated that this transfer does not result in any change in the ultimate ownership and is not expected to have any material impact on the operations, financial position, or profitability of the Company.
