Zee Media re-appoints Swetha Gopalan as Independent Director

Zee Media Corporation Ltd's board re-appointed Ms. Swetha Gopalan as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, commencing August 1, 2026, and ending July 31, 2031. The board also approved the issuance of up to 14,00,00,000 warrants at ₹8.50 each, totaling up to ₹1,19,00,00,000, convertible into equity shares for public category entities on a preferential basis. An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on June 13, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for both the warrant issuance and the re-appointment.
