Zydus Lifesciences: Buyback Price Increased to ₹1,260 Per Share

Zydus Lifesciences Ltd announced an addendum to its public announcement regarding the buyback of equity shares. The buyback price has been increased from ₹1,150 to ₹1,260 per equity share. Consequently, the maximum number of equity shares proposed to be bought back has been reduced from 95,65,217 to 87,30,158, representing up to 0.87% of the total number of equity shares in the paid-up share capital of the company. The decision was approved by the Buyback Committee on May 27, 2026.
