Aadhar Housing Finance Approves New Employee Stock Option Plan 2025

Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on October 10, 2025. The Board approved the New Employee Stock Option Plan 2025 (New Plan) and the transfer of ungranted and unvested ESOPs under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 to the New Plan. The New Plan is subject to the approval of the Shareholders. The Board also approved the cessation of grants under the Aadhar Housing Finance Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2020. The Notice of Postal ballot for seeking approval of the Shareholders for the New Plan has been approved.
