Astal Laboratories Ltd has announced that it will hold an Extra General Meeting on Thursday, 06th November, 2025 at 03:00 P.M through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Board has fixed Thursday, 30% October 2025 as the ‘Cut-Off Date’ for determining eligibility of the members to vote by electronic means or at the Extra General Meeting. The remote e-voting period will begin on Monday, 034 November, 2025 (09:00 A.M.) and end on Wednesday, 05th November, 2025 (05:00 P.M).
