Devyani International Ltd Achieves 2,000 Stores Milestone, Expands to 30+ New Cities

Devyani International Ltd, a leading food service company, has achieved a significant milestone of over 2,000 stores in Q3 FY 2024-25, ahead of guidance. The company has also signed Master Franchise Agreements for 3 new brands - Tealive, New York Fries, and SANOOK KITCHEN for India. The Tealive Master Franchise Agreement for Thailand has been extended. A total of 257 Net New Units (NNUs) were added, taking the total stores to 2,039 as of March 31, 2025. The core brand business was expanded to 30+ new cities in India, adding 204 NNUs. The total number of cities in India having Core Brand Stores is now 280+, with 1,917 no. of Core Brand Stores (KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa) as of March 31, 2025. 18 KFC stores were added in Thailand, taking the total to 306. A JV with PVR INOX Limited was signed and the first food court in Kota was opened.
