Hind Rectifiers Ltd. appoints Mr. Manoj Nair as the Chief Executive Officer

Hind Rectifiers Limited, a leading manufacturer of Power Semiconductors, Power Electronic Equipments and Railway Transportation Systems, has announced the appointment of Mr. Manoj Nair as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. Mr. Nair brings with him over three decades of rich and diversified leadership experience across manufacturing, power, infrastructure, and technology-driven businesses. He is recognized for his strategic vision, customer orientation, and proven ability to deliver sustainable growth. Before joining Hind Rectifiers, he served as Chief Executive Officer of IIMS Limited, a CK Birla Group company, overseeing overall business strategy, growth, and operations. Prior to this, Mr. Manoj spent a significant part of his career with Cummins India Ltd., where he held multiple senior roles. As Vice President of the Power Generation Business, he was instrumental in strengthening the company’s presence in the Indian market and leading the launch of industry leading solutions. Earlier, as Director of the Industrial Business, he successfully steered and grew businesses across varied market segments such as rail, marine, mining, oil & gas, defense, and pumps. Throughout his career, Mr. Manoj has overseen large P&L portfolios, led cross-functional teams, and successfully managed complex business transformations. He is widely respected for his ability to build high-performing teams, champion talent development, and foster industry collaborations that drive long-term success.
