MEP Infrastructure Developers: NCLT Mumbai Bench Court IV to Hear Resolution Plan on 14 October, 2025

MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited, referred to as the Corporate Debtor, is scheduled for a hearing at the NCLT Mumbai Bench (Court IV) on 14 October, 2025. The hearing is in regard to the consideration of a resolution plan. This update is in compliance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(j) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
