Nureca Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on October 16, 2025, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This is in accordance with Regulations 29, 30 and other applicable Regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
