Orient Technologies Ltd has informed the BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/10/2025. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve a proposal for the potential acquisition of Athena IT & Telecom Private Limited, AIT Internet Services Private Limited and Red Hut Innovation Technology Private Limited, subject to mutual agreement by the parties on terms and conditions through a definitive agreement. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, October 01, 2025, as per the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons in securities of the Company’ under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
