PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Ltd has commenced the commercial sale of 9 Carat Plain Gold Jewellery from September 22, 2025 at some of its sales locations. This new product line forms part of the same segment in which the Company currently operates and caters to the domestic market. The launch of this product is in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
