Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd Deregisters Indirect Subsidiary SMP Automotive Solutions Slovakia s.r.o.

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the deregistration of its indirect subsidiary, SMP Automotive Solutions Slovakia s.r.o. The subsidiary has merged with Motherson SAS Automotive Systems and Technologies Slovakia s.r.o. as per the merger application filed with the Municipal Court Bratislava Ill, Slovakia on October 3, 2025. Upon completion of the merger, SMP Slovakia has deregistered at the Commercial Register on October 8, 2025, and has ceased to exist effective from the same date. SMP Slovakia and Motherson SAS are both indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company. The amount and percentage of the turnover or revenue or income contributed by SMP Slovakia during last financial year was INR 705 million and 0.06% respectively. The net worth contributed by SMP Slovakia during last financial year was INR 72 million.
