Techknowgreen Solutions Secures Rs. 7.86 Crore Sub-contract Work Order from Gujarat Institute of Desert Ecology

Techknowgreen Solutions Ltd. has been awarded a sub-contract work order worth Rs. 7,86,09,952/- from the Gujarat Institute of Desert Ecology (GUIDE) for continuous air quality management through the provision of two Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring System (CAAQMS) units and a comprehensive maintenance contract for three years. • Techknowgreen Solutions Ltd. has been awarded a sub-contract work order worth Rs. 7,86,09,952/- from the Gujarat Institute of Desert Ecology (GUIDE).
• The work order pertains to continuous air quality management through the provision of two Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring System (CAAQMS) units and a comprehensive maintenance contract for three years.
• This order reflects the strong market potential in the region and affirms the strategic value of Techknowgreen's expansion initiative.
• Payment terms are 25% of the contract price against submission of the Inception Report and successful installation & commissioning of two CAAQMS Systems at identified locations, and the balance 75% of the contract price is to be paid on a monthly basis on a pro rata basis for a period of 36 months.
• The timelines for execution of the work are to be mutually agreed upon by the respective parties.
