Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Announces Rights Issue of Equity Shares Up to Rs. 949.08 Crore

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Ltd has announced a Rights Issue of up to 67,79,13,784 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 14 per share, aggregating up to Rs. 949.08 crore. The issue is on a rights basis to the eligible equity shareholders of the bank in the ratio of 8 (Eight) rights equity shares for every 13 (Thirteen) fully paid-up equity shares held by the eligible equity shareholders on the record date, which is October 14, 2025.
