ADT Q2 Revenue Up 2% to $1.31B; Net Income Down 6.9% to $153.85M

ADT Inc. reported mixed results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, with total revenue increasing by 2.0% to $1.31 billion, while net income decreased by 6.9% to $153.85 million. Diluted earnings per share rose to $0.19 from $0.18 in the prior year quarter. For the first six months of 2026, revenue grew 1.4% to $2.59 billion and net income increased 5.5% to $322.22 million.
