ADTRAN Amends CTO Christoph Glingener's Employment Agreement

ADTRAN Holdings, Inc. announced an amendment to the employment agreement for its Chief Technology Officer, Christoph Glingener. The amendment extends his term through December 31, 2026, and affirms his annual base salary of €400,000. It also details his eligibility for an annual incentive cash bonus targeted at 60% of his base salary and annual Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants targeted at 75% of his base salary, capped at €903,729. Additionally, Dr. Glingener will receive new three-year financial plan Performance Stock Unit (PSU) awards with a target of €903,729, capped at €2,000,000, and his total annual remuneration remains capped at €2,800,000.
