AI Era Corp. Engages Advisor for NYSE American Direct Listing

AI Era Corp. has entered into a Financial Advisory Agreement with Craft Capital Management LLC, appointing them as the exclusive U.S. financial advisor for the company's proposed direct listing on the NYSE American Exchange. Craft Capital will also provide general financial advisory services. As compensation, AI Era Corp. will pay a non-refundable cash fee of $570,000 and issue approximately $300,000 worth of common shares. The agreement also includes reimbursement for up to $150,000 in expenses and replaces a prior underwriting engagement letter.
