Alexander's Leases Rego Park Space to Target for 15 Years

Alexander's, Inc. announced the completion of a 15-year lease agreement with Target Corporation for space at its Rego Park Shopping Center in Queens, New York. This significant lease brings the multi-level, 600,000 square foot shopping center, which is anchored by major retailers like Costco and Best Buy, to 99% leased. The weighted average lease term for the center is now approximately 9.3 years.
