Allegiant Names 3 Sun Country Designees to Board

Allegiant Travel Company announced the three individuals designated by Sun Country Airlines who will join Allegiant's board of directors upon the completion of their merger. Jude Bricker, Sun Country's President and CEO, along with Jennifer Vogel and Thomas Kennedy, were approved by Allegiant's Nominating and Governance Committee. This action is a direct result of the previously announced merger agreement, which stipulated an increase in Allegiant's board size by three members from Sun Country.
