Amneal to Acquire Kashiv BioSciences for $375M Cash + Stock & Milestones

Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Kashiv BioSciences, LLC. The acquisition involves an upfront payment of $375 million in cash and the issuance of 28,942,108 shares of Amneal's Class A common stock. Additionally, Kashiv's equityholders are eligible to receive up to $350 million in contingent payments based on regulatory milestones for six product candidates, plus potential royalty payments for 12 years post-closing.
