Anavex Sets 2026 Annual Meeting Date and Stockholder Deadlines

Anavex Life Sciences Corp. announced that its Board of Directors has set September 24, 2026, as the date for the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The record date for stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting will be July 31, 2026. Due to the meeting date being more than 30 days after the anniversary of the prior year's meeting, the company also provided revised deadlines for stockholder proposals and director nominations, setting July 10, 2026, as the deadline for submissions.
