Anterix Sells 900 MHz Spectrum Licenses to NorthWestern Energy

Anterix Inc. announced that its subsidiary, PDV Spectrum Holding Company, LLC, has entered into a spectrum license sale agreement with NorthWestern Energy (NWE). PDV sold 900 MHz broadband licenses covering portions of Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming to NWE, pending FCC approval of the transfer. This divestiture provides Anterix with capital and allows NWE to expand its broadband capabilities.
