Atlantic American Extends Financial Reporting Deadlines for Credit Agreement

Atlantic American Corporation entered into a Third Amendment to its Revolving Credit Agreement with Truist Bank. This amendment extends the deadline for the company to deliver its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, and interim financial statements for the quarters ended March 31, 2026, and June 30, 2026. The new deadline for these submissions, along with related financial covenant compliance certificates, is October 12, 2026.
