BeOne Medicines Ltd. has concluded a statutory tax audit in China, agreeing to a settlement with the local tax authority. This settlement involves an income tax payment of approximately RMB 446 million, which includes surcharges and related interest, for adjustments to previously filed tax returns. The company noted that no administrative penalty was imposed, and the payment is expected to be recognized in its U.S. GAAP financial statements for the second quarter of fiscal 2026.
