AIB Data Centers COO Eyal Rozen Resigns; Entitled to 3 Months Severance

BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure, Inc. (AIB) announced the immediate resignation of Eyal Rozen as Chief Operating Officer of its subsidiary, AIB Data Centers Inc., effective August 14, 2026. In connection with his departure, Mr. Rozen entered into a Separation Agreement, which will become effective on August 27, 2026. Under the agreement, he is entitled to receive his base salary through the termination date, reimbursement for business expenses, and three months of salary continuation. Additionally, the company will cover his COBRA health insurance premiums until December 31, 2026, or until he secures new employment benefits. These benefits are conditional upon Mr. Rozen releasing the company from claims and adhering to non-disparagement, non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality obligations.
