BlockchAIn Expands CLT-01 Utility Load to 65 MW Under 15-Year Term

BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure, Inc. announced a 15-year Electric Service Agreement to expand its contracted utility load at the CLT-01 data center campus from 40 megawatts to 65 megawatts. This expanded capacity is immediately available through existing onsite infrastructure, requiring no significant electrical upgrades, and is crucial for meeting the growing demand from AI/HPC tenants. The company's customer pipeline includes letters of intent for 25 MW of critical IT load, and a new AI-optimized data center shell is expected to be completed within nine months.
