Brandywine Realty Trust Appoints Terri Herubin to Board of Trustees

Brandywine Realty Trust announced the appointment of Terri Herubin as a Trustee to its Board, effective September 15, 2026. She will serve until the 2027 annual meeting and will stand for election at that time. Ms. Herubin has been appointed to the Board's Audit Committee. She brings extensive experience in real estate investment, institutional portfolio management, asset management, fund leadership, and corporate governance, having previously served on the Board from 2018 to 2024. Her prior executive roles include Senior Investment Officer for Real Estate at LACERA and Senior Managing Director at Greystar.
