Camtek Extends Registration Rights Agreement to 2031

Camtek Ltd. announced the amendment of its Second Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement with Priortech Ltd. and Chroma ATE Inc. The amendment extends the agreement's term by an additional five years, now effective until June 18, 2031. Furthermore, the minimum threshold for demand registrations under the agreement has been adjusted to 1% of Camtek's issued and outstanding share capital. The amendment's effectiveness is subject to necessary corporate approvals.
