Catalyst Crew Technologies Corp. acquired intellectual property related to an artificial intelligence-enabled healthcare analytics platform from its CEO, Kevin Rodan Levy, on February 17, 2026. The acquisition included proprietary software, machine learning models, datasets, and Venezuelan patent registrations for CardioAI, PulmoAI, and NeuroAI technologies. Subsequently, on March 23, 2026, the company acquired 100% of Inversiones Long 33, C.A., a Venezuelan subsidiary, also from its CEO. The acquired intellectual property was then formally assigned to this subsidiary on April 7, 2026, as an internal reorganization step without additional consideration.
