Catheter Precision Invests $1M in Volato Group, Receives $1.1M in Equity

Catheter Precision, Inc. entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement on June 7, 2026, to acquire 2,941,176 shares of Volato Group, Inc. common stock for $1,000,000 in a private placement. In return, Volato Group agreed to provide Catheter Precision with freely tradeable equity securities of a third-party entity, which were valued at approximately $1,100,000 as of June 5, 2026. Additionally, a Registration Rights Agreement was executed, obligating Volato to file an S-3 registration statement for the resale of the purchased shares.
