ChargePoint Appoints Natella Novruzova as Chief Accounting Officer

ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. has appointed Natella Novruzova as its Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, effective April 14, 2026. Ms. Novruzova, who previously served as the Company's Corporate Controller, will take over the Principal Accounting Officer duties from Mansi Khetani, the Chief Financial Officer. In her new role, Ms. Novruzova's annual base salary will be $355,000, and she will be eligible for an incentive bonus plan with a target opportunity of 40% of her base salary.
