Citigroup Inc. Elects James Flanagan to Board of Directors and Audit Committee

Citigroup Inc. announced the election of James Flanagan as a new independent director to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Flanagan has also been appointed to the Board's Audit Committee and will serve as a Board member of Citibank, N.A. He brings extensive experience from his nearly 40-year tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he held significant leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman.
