Citius Oncology Expands Board, Appoints Jonathan Peri as Independent Director

Citius Oncology, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors to nine members and appointed Jonathan Peri, Ph.D., J.D., as an independent Class I director, effective August 10, 2026. Dr. Peri brings extensive leadership experience from higher education, financial services, law, and corporate governance, including serving as President of Manor College and lead advisory board director of First State Bank. His appointment is expected to strengthen the Board's legal, regulatory, and financial oversight as the company focuses on the commercial launch of LYMPHIR.
