ClearSign Completes $1.77M Private Placement with Existing Stockholder

ClearSign Technologies Corp completed a private placement of 500,000 shares of common stock to Otter Capital LLC, an existing stockholder, for gross proceeds of $1,770,000. The shares were sold at $3.54 per share. The company obtained a waiver from Newbridge Securities Corporation to permit this private sale, which was otherwise restricted by an underwriting agreement. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, research and development, and marketing and sales.
