Clearwater Analytics Secures All Regulatory Approvals for Merger

Clearwater Analytics Holdings, Inc. announced that it has secured all required regulatory approvals for its previously announced merger with GT Silver BidCo, Inc. and GT Silver Merger Sub, Inc. The approval from the Australian Treasurer under the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 was granted effective June 19, 2026. The merger, initially agreed upon on December 20, 2025, is now expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to other customary closing conditions.
