Cloudastructure, Inc. announced the dismissal of Bush & Associates CPA LLC as its independent registered public accounting firm, effective April 16, 2026. The decision was made by the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, following a review for the Company's 2026 fiscal year. The Company confirmed there were no disagreements with Bush & Associates on accounting principles, financial disclosures, or auditing scope, and their audit reports for 2024 and 2025 contained no adverse opinions or qualifications.
