Codexis: Dennis Wolf Resigns, Esther Martinborough Re-elected to Board

Codexis, Inc. announced the resignation of Dennis Wolf from its Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Compensation Committee, effective April 8, 2026. The company stated that his departure was not due to any disagreements. Additionally, on April 10, 2026, Esther Martinborough, Ph.D., resigned and was immediately re-elected as a Class III director to achieve an equal balance among the Board's classes. Dr. Martinborough also assumed the role of Chair of the Science & Technology Committee.
